  I have been using Napiers for the last ten years and have met with nothing but friendliness and courtesy. I have always been pleased with the results and never found any cause for complaint. A big thank you to Gladys and her girls.

  I could not disagree more with the negative comment for Napier's. I have used them many times for various occasions and everytime there has been nothing but sterling service! Gladys is a wonderful woman who is nothing but accommodating and extremely skilled. This is not only my view but I know several people who have used the shop and all were happy with the service and the results! I will not think twice about using Gladys and her girls for my wedding dress alterations or recommending them to any of my friends and family.

  I've used Napier Clothing many times and the quality of the work is always fantastic. Gladys is always very accomodating, even when I've needed things done at the last minute. If you're looking for high quality work I would definitely recommend them.

  I have lost count of how many times I have used Napiers over the years, I have always been more than happy with the service and have never had any cause to complain. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will be returning next month with an expensive suit I need altered for a wedding, I wouldn't trust anyone else with it.

• TERRIBLE - NEVER USE

  I went to Napier Alterations in Paisley earlier this summer to have my bridesmaids' dresses altered, one hem taken up an inch, the other let out slightly. Gladis, the owner, let out the wrong dress! After sorting her mistake, with no apology, neither dress was finished perfectly. The owner is rude and has no idea what customer service means and she charged £135! DO NOT USE NAPIERS!
