Terrible service

Phoned up, was told an engineer would be out that afternoon. On no-show, phoned and told that they had been but didn't see my name on the buzzers so just left again. They were totally incapable of pressing the buzzers till they found me, or phoning my contact number to ask which flat it was. If they can't even use a little bit of commonsense, then I wouldn't trust them to fix my machine!!
