When did your business start trading?

little disappointed

Decided to use small local independant self employed business as I am in similar position. Initail contact was good and delighted with price & service. Recommended to 2 other who thought the same. Week before my wedding was told price was quoted wrong and increased. Day of wedding flowers were to be delivered for 11.45 noon and at 12.15 phoned florist to inform me she wouldnt be long and turned out had confused herself. Flower arrived at 12.30 with no pink roses , only cream and no diamontes which again had been ordered/paid for. Freesia was lilac and not purple.. flowers were fresh but very insipid in colour... very disapointed. Cake top had been told to cover 6 inch surface. Gents button hole was larger ;( 2 others which I had recommended appar had similar late issue and never told me until I commented on my problems. Flowers were ok but would not use again or recommend to a friend.
