    had appointment today at 10.30, was left sitting until 11.10, only then to be told that the person who was to do my hair was not in ( sadly due a bereavement). I was then told after waiting 40 mintues that the person allocated to do a wet cut didnt do them and i would have to have a shampoo and set or book another appointment to have the cut i wanted. honestly it was farcical. I have had my hair done there since it opened but i will not return again. the new manager has cost a usualy brilliant hairdresser a customer
