• new me, new look

  Had the best makeover ever new hair stylist was great and the staff were great with my son who was with me. Great advice on style to suit my face and colour to suit my skin. Customer service was great from all the staff. Well done Michele Urie & Co I will be back and so will all my friends.

• Destroyed my hair

  I spent a fortnight in tears after having a full head of foils here last year. My hair was blonde on top and a nasty ginger halfway to the brittle ends. I could not get a comb through my hair after my visit and my hair snapped off, I had to recolour it at home just to go to work. Ended up paying another salon to fix it. I went back to complain but was more or less told colour build up was the cause of the problem, even though the stylist recommended full head foils to me! I was not offered a refund but was offered free fix-up but that's not really the point. I've now had half of my hair cut off to make it easier to manage and go to Hands On in New Street which are great, should have went there first.
