criminals - avoid
Avoid these criminals at all costs. I am a landlord, who trusted my property management to Learmonts. After countless late payments of rent to me, eventually they stopped paying altogether. On top of that, they have now attempted to blackmail me by refusing to pay their debts if I terminate their management of my property! They have misappropriated my funds, and are now unable or unwilling to make good on the criminal theft of my rental income. Con artists - AVOID!
